The tour will start at your hotel in San Sebastian, where the guide will pick you up. You will then head into the region of Navarre, passing green mountainous landscapes of the Basque interior, including the Aralar Nature Park.
The first stop of the tour will be Pamplona, a city that is home to one of the biggest parties in the world, San Fermin or better known as “the Running of the Bulls.” During the tour, you will wander through the narrow cobblestone streets of its old town, discovering the most important touristic landmarks of the city, such as the town hall, the cathedral or the Plaza del Castillo. But, of course, the guide will also make sure to show you some of the hidden gems of Pamplona and to teach you about its history, culture and inhabitants.
You will also scroll along the most well-known street of Pamplona’s old town, Estafeta Street. This street is famous for being the main street that the bulls run along during the exhilarating Running of the Bulls.
Afterwards, the tour will continue further south from Pamplona. As you arrive in the picturesque village of Olite, the impressive royal castle will welcome you. You will be able to explore the castle, strolling through its multiple corridors and up through narrow round stairs to its towers, while the guide explains to you about the time when Charles III, King of Navarre, established the Seat of Royal Court of the Kingdom of Navarre here. After visiting the castle, you will also have the possibility to tour the village itself.
This unforgettable day will finish back at your hotel in San Sebastian, where the guide will drop you off at the end of the tour.
